Your diet should contain variety of foods starting from fresh fruits, vegetables, cereals, meat, fish and other protein diets such as milk and eggs. Keep away from tea, coffee, cakes, colas and other junk food. Reduce your salt intake as much as possible. Avoid white breads and foods prepared with white flour.
