Getting Pregnant – Know your Menstrual Cycle
Knowing your menstrual cycle will help. This is because there are only a few days in a month when it is possible for you to get pregnant. Begin with keeping a track of your ovulation patterns and find out the exact number of days of your menstrual cycle. Marking the calendar on the first day of your period can help in knowing the number of days in your menstrual cycle. Halfway through your cycle is when you typically ovulate and this is the most fertile period. When attempting to conceive, make love few days before and after ovulation. This is because the sperms are active for about 2-3 days within the body.
