Medical science believes that black rice has the power to stimulate the appetite, improve eyesight, warming the liver and purifying the blood. The best way to consume black rice is to cook Porridge and it is also okay to steam the black rice.

Black Sesame Seeds

Black sesame seeds are rich in vitamin E and iron which improves anemia and delays cell aging. It can cure kidney problems, purify the blood and can darken hair color. Black sesame seeds cannot be digested by all, especially people with weak stomachs.

Things to include in your diet:
